Solomon's Apostasy

⁶ So Solomon did evil in the eyes of Yahweh and did not fully [follow] after Yahweh as David his father. ⁷ At that time, Solomon built a high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, on the mountain which {faces} Jerusalem and for Molech, the abomination of the {Ammonites}. ⁸ Thus he did for all of his foreign wives, offering incense and sacrificing to their gods.

Isaiah 44:19

Zechariah 14:4

On that day his feet will stand on {the Mount of Olives}, which faces Jerusalem on [the] east; and {the Mount of Olives} will be split {in half}, from east to west, [by] a very great valley; and half of the mountain will withdraw toward the north, and the other half toward the south.
