To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:
and for many days
He appeared to those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, the very ones who are now His witnesses to the people.
And behold, Jesus met them
and greeted them. And they came up and took hold of His feet and worshiped Him.
She went and reported to those who had been with Him, while they were mourning and weeping.

from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands, concerning the Word of Life—
When I went up to the mountain to receive the tablets of stone, the tablets of the covenant which the Lord had made with you, then I remained on the mountain forty days and nights;
I neither ate bread nor drank water.

preaching the kingdom of God and teaching concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all openness, unhindered.
In the days of those kings the
God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever.
Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people, producing the fruit of it.
Now having been questioned by the Pharisees
as to when the kingdom of God was coming, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed;
Now He said to them,
“ These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things which are written about Me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.”
for the kingdom of God
is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son,
1 Thessalonians 2:12
so that you would
walk in a manner worthy of the God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory.
