22 "Tell the sons of Israel to raise a contribution for Me; from every man whose heart moves him you shall raise My contribution.

22 Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering.

22 "Tell the Israelites to take an offering for Me. You are to take My offering from everyone whose heart stirs him [to give].

22 "Tell the Israelis to take an offering for me, and you are to accept my offering from every person whose heart moves him to give.

22 Speak to the Israelites, that they take for Me an offering. From every man who gives it willingly and ungrudgingly with his heart you shall take My offering.

33 "This is the contribution which you are to raise from them: gold, silver and bronze,

66 oil for lighting, spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense,

Instructions For Making The Ark Of The Covenant

1010 "They shall construct an ark of acacia wood two and a half cubits long, and one and a half cubits wide, and one and a half cubits high.

1010 And they shall make an ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

1010 "They are to make an ark of acacia wood, 45 inches long, 27 inches wide, and 27 inches high.

1010 "They are to make an ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, one and a half cubits wide, and one and a half cubits high.

2121 "You shall put the mercy seat on top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the testimony which I will give to you.

2222 And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

2222 I will meet with you there above the mercy seat, between the two cherubim that are over the ark of the testimony; I will speak with you from there about all that I command you regarding the Israelites.

2222 I'll meet with you there, and I'll tell you all my commandments for the Israelis from above the Mercy Seat, from between the two cherubim that are on the Ark of the Testimony."

2222 There I will meet with you and, from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim that are upon the ark of the Testimony, I will speak intimately with you of all which I will give you in commandment to the Israelites.

Instructions For Making A Table And A Lampstand

2323 "You shall make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long and one cubit wide and one and a half cubits high.

2323 Thou shalt also make a table of shittim wood: two cubits shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

2323 "You are to construct a table of acacia wood, 36 inches long, 18 inches wide, and 27 inches high.

2323 "You are to make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long, a cubit wide, and one and a half cubits high.

2323 Also, make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long, one cubit wide, and a cubit and a half high [for the showbread].

2424 "You shall overlay it with pure gold and make a gold border around it.

2424 And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about.

2424 Overlay it with pure gold and make a gold molding all around it.

2424 You are to overlay it with pure gold, and put a gold molding around it.

2424 You shall overlay it with pure gold and make a crown, a rim or molding, of gold around the top of it;

2525 "You shall make for it a rim of a handbreadth around it; and you shall make a gold border for the rim around it.

2525 And thou shalt make unto it a border of an hand breadth round about, and thou shalt make a golden crown to the border thereof round about.

2525 Make a three-inch frame all around it and make a gold molding for it all around its frame.

2525 You are to make a rim one handbreadth in width around it, and you are to make a gold molding around the rim.

2525 And make a frame of a handbreadth around and below the top of it and put around it a gold molding as a border.

2626 "You shall make four gold rings for it and put rings on the four corners which are on its four feet.

2929 You are also to make its plates and cups, as well as its pitchers and bowls for pouring drink offerings. Make them out of pure gold.

2929 And you shall make its plates [for showbread] and cups [for incense], and its flagons and bowls [for liquids in sacrifice]; make them of pure gold.

3030 "You shall set the bread of the Presence on the table before Me at all times.

3030 And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway.

3030 Put the bread of the Presence on the table before Me at all times.

3030 You are to put the bread of the Presence on the table before me continuously."

3030 And you shall set the showbread (the bread of the Presence) on the table before Me always.

The Lampstand

3131 "Then you shall make a lampstand of pure gold. The lampstand and its base and its shaft are to be made of hammered work; its cups, its bulbs and its flowers shall be of one piece with it.

3131 And thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same.

3131 "You are to make a lampstand out of pure, hammered gold. It is to be made of one piece: its base and shaft, its [ornamental] cups, and its calyxes and petals.

3131 "You are to make a lamp stand of pure gold: the lamp stand and its base and stem shall be of hammered work, and its cups, calyxes, and flowers are to be of one piece with it.

3131 You shall make a lampstand of pure gold. Of beaten and turned work shall the lampstand be made, both its base and its shaft; its cups, its knobs, and its flowers shall be of one piece with it.

3232 "Six branches shall go out from its sides; three branches of the lampstand from its one side and three branches of the lampstand from its other side.

3232 And six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side:

3232 Six branches are to extend from its sides, three branches of the lampstand from one side and three branches of the lampstand from the other side.

3232 Six branches are to extend from its sides, three branches of the lamp stand from one side of it and three branches of the lamp stand from its other side.

3232 Six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the lampstand out of the one side and three branches out of its other side;

3333 "Three cups shall be shaped like almond blossoms in the one branch, a bulb and a flower, and three cups shaped like almond blossoms in the other branch, a bulb and a flower--so for six branches going out from the lampstand;

3333 Three bowls made like unto almonds, with a knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with a knop and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the candlestick.

3333 There are to be three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with a calyx and petals, on the first branch, and three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with a calyx and petals, on the next branch. It is to be this way for the six branches that extend from the lampstand.

3333 Three cups shaped like almond blossoms with calyxes and flowers are to be on one branch and three cups shaped like almond blossoms with calyxes and flowers are to be on the other branch, and so for the six branches extending from the lamp stand.

3333 Three cups made like almond blossoms, each with a knob and a flower on one branch, and three cups made like almond blossoms on the other branch with a knob and a flower; so for the six branches coming out of the lampstand;

3434 and in the lampstand four cups shaped like almond blossoms, its bulbs and its flowers.

3434 And in the candlestick shall be four bowls made like unto almonds, with their knops and their flowers.

3434 There are to be four cups shaped like almond blossoms on the lampstand [shaft] along with its calyxes and petals.

3434 "On the lamp stand itself there are to be four cups shaped like almond blossoms with their calyxes and flowers.

3434 And on the [center shaft] itself you shall [make] four cups like almond blossoms with their knobs and their flowers.

3535 "A bulb shall be under the first pair of branches coming out of it, and a bulb under the second pair of branches coming out of it, and a bulb under the third pair of branches coming out of it, for the six branches coming out of the lampstand.

3535 And there shall be a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick.

3535 For the six branches that extend from the lampstand, a calyx must be under the [first] pair of branches from it, a calyx under the [second] pair of branches from it, and a calyx under the [third] pair of branches from it.

3535 A calyx is to be under the two branches that extend out of the stem; a calyx is to be under the next pair of branches that extend out of the stem; and a calyx is to be under the last pair of branches that extend out of the stem, and so for the six branches extending from the lamp stand.

3535 Also make a knob [on the shaft] under each pair of the six branches going out from the lampstand and one piece with it;

3636 "Their bulbs and their branches shall be of one piece with it; all of it shall be one piece of hammered work of pure gold.

3636 Their knops and their branches shall be of the same: all it shall be one beaten work of pure gold.

3636 Their calyxes and branches are to be of one piece. All of it is to be a single hammered piece of pure gold.

3636 Their calyxes and their branches are to be of one piece with it; all of it is to be made of one piece of hammered work of pure gold.

3636 Their knobs and their branches shall be of one piece with it; the whole of it one beaten work of pure gold.

3737 "Then you shall make its lamps seven in number; and they shall mount its lamps so as to shed light on the space in front of it.

3737 And thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it.

3737 "Make seven lamps on it. Its lamps are to be set up so they illuminate the area in front of it.

3737 "You are to make seven lamps for it, and its lamps are to be mounted so as to give light in front of it.

3737 And you shall make the lamps of the [lampstand] to include a seventh one [at the top of the shaft]. [The priests] shall set up the [seven] lamps of it so they may give light in front of it.

3838 "Its snuffers and their trays shall be of pure gold.

3838 And the tongs thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, shall be of pure gold.

3838 Its snuffers and firepans must be of pure gold.

3838 Its tongs and trays are to be of pure gold.

3838 Its snuffers and its ashtrays shall be of pure gold.

3939 "It shall be made from a talent of pure gold, with all these utensils.

3939 Of a talent of pure gold shall he make it, with all these vessels.

3939 The lampstand with all these utensils is to be made from 75 pounds of pure gold.

3939 The lamp stand together with all its furnishings is to be made from a talent of pure gold.

3939 Use a talent of pure gold for it, including all these utensils.

4040 "See that you make them after the pattern for them, which was shown to you on the mountain.

4040 And look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount.

4040 Be careful to make [everything] according to the model of them you have been shown on the mountain.

4040 Now see that you make them according to the pattern for them which you are being shown on the mountain."

4040 And see to it that you copy [exactly] their pattern which was shown you on the mountain.
