A Lament Over The Nation And Land Of Egypt

² Son of man, prophesy. Say, 'The Lord Jehovah says: Cry for that day! ³ “For the day is near,
Even the day of the Lord is near;
It will be a day of clouds,
A time of doom for the nations.
⁴ There will be war in Egypt and anguish in Ethiopia. Many Egyptians will fall dead. People will take away Egypt's wealth, and its foundations will be torn down.

Ezekiel 7:7

Doom has come upon you who dwell in the land. The time has come, the day is near. There is panic, not joy, upon the mountains.
