Esau Sells His Birthright

³² And Esau said, Here am I, on the point of dying, - wherefore, then, should I, have, a birthright? ³³ And Jacob said, Come swear to me just now! And he sware to him, - and sold his birthright to Jacob. ³⁴ And Jacob, having given to Esau bread and a dish of lentils, he did eat and drink and rose up, and went his way, - thus Esau despised his birthright!
