The Judgment On The Earth

⁹ They no longer drink wine with a song. The beverage is bitter to its drinkers. ¹⁰ The city of chaos is broken down;
Every house is shut up so that none may enter.
¹¹ In the streets they cry out for wine. Joy turns to gloom and rejoicing is banished from the earth.

Genesis 11:9

That is why it was called Babel (confusion) because Jehovah confused the language of the whole world. Jehovah scattered them from there over the face of the whole earth.
