¹³ You who are far away hear what I have done. You who are near will acknowledge (comprehend) (recognize) my power! ¹⁴ Sinners in Zion are terrified;
Trembling has seized the godless.
“Who among us can live with the consuming fire?
Who among us can live with continual burning?”
¹⁵ He who walks righteously and speaks what is right, who rejects gain from extortion and keeps his hand from accepting bribes, who stops his ears against plots of murder and shuts his eyes against contemplating evil.

Hebrews 12:29

Our God is a destroying (consuming) fire.

Isaiah 66:24
