Isaiah 43:16

Despite The People Of Israel's Past Sin, The Lord Will Forgive Them

¹⁵ I am Jehovah, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King. ¹⁶ Thus says the Lord,
Who makes a way through the sea
And a path through the mighty waters,
¹⁷ He leads chariots and horses, an army and reinforcements. They lie down together and do not get up again. They are extinguished and snuffed out like a wick. This is what Jehovah says:

Your way was through the sea; your paths through the great waters. Your footsteps were not known.

Isaiah 51:10

Was it not you who dried up the sea, the waters of the great deep, who made a road in the depths of the sea so that the redeemed might cross over?

Exodus 14:16

As for you, lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. The sons of Israel shall go through the midst of the sea on dry land.

Exodus 14:21-22

Moses stretched out his hand over the sea. Jehovah swept the sea back by a strong east wind all night and turned the sea into dry land. The waters were divided.

On the other hand, the Israelites walked through the sea on dry ground, with walls of water on both sides.

Joshua 3:13-16

When you go through the sea, I am with you. When you go through rivers, they will not sweep you away. When you walk through fire, you will not be burned, and the flames will not harm you.

Jeremiah 31:35

Revelation 16:12

The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates. Its water was dried up so that the way might be prepared for the kings from the east.
