1 Who this coming from Edom, splendid with garments from Bozra? this adorned in his attire, bowing himself in his strength? I, speaking in justice, great for salvation.
1 Who is this who comes from (A)Edom,With (B)garments of (a)glowing colors from (C)Bozrah,This One who is majestic in His apparel,(b)Marching in the greatness of His strength?“It is I who speak in righteousness, (D)mighty to save.”
1 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.
1 Who is this coming from Edom(A)in crimson-stained garments from Bozrah—this One who is splendid in His apparel,rising up proudly(a) in His great might?It is I, proclaiming vindication,(b)powerful to save.
1 "Who is this coming from Edom, from Bozrah, in garments stained crimson? Who is this, robed in such splendor, marching in his great might? It is I, speaking in vindication, mighty to save.
3 I trod the wine-press alone; and from the people not a man with me: and I will tread them down in my wrath, and I will trample them in mine anger, and their juice shall be sprinkled upon my garment, and I will stain all my vestment
3 “(F)I have trodden the wine trough alone,And from the peoples there was no man with Me.I also (G)trod them in My angerAnd (H)trampled them in My wrath;And (I)their (c)lifeblood is sprinkled on My garments,And I (d)stained all My raiment.
3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment.
3 I trampled the winepress alone,and no one from the nations was with Me.I trampled them in My angerand ground them underfoot in My fury;their blood spattered My garments,and all My clothes were stained.

5 And I shall look, and none helping; and I shall be astonished and none upholding: and my arm will save for me, and my wrath it upheld me.

6 I trampled people in my anger; in my wrath I made them drunk and I poured out their lifeblood on the ground."
7 I will remember the mercies of Jehovah, the praises of Jehovah according to all that Jehovah benefited us, and the abundance of good to the house of Israel which he benefited them according to his mercies and according to the multitude of his kindnesses.
7 I shall make mention of the (O)lovingkindnesses of the Lord, the praises of the Lord,According to all that the Lord has granted us,And the great (P)goodness toward the house of Israel,Which He has granted them according to His (Q)compassionAnd according to the abundance of His lovingkindnesses.
7 I will mention the lovingkindnesses of the LORD, and the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD hath bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he hath bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses.
7 I will make known the Lord’s faithful loveand the Lord’s praiseworthy acts,because of all the Lord has done for us—even the many good thingsHe has done for the house of Israeland has done for them based on His compassionand the abundance of His faithful love.
7 I will recount the gracious deeds of the LORD, the praiseworthy acts of the LORD, according to all the LORD has done for us yes, the great goodness to the house of Israel that he has granted them according to his mercy, according to the abundance of his gracious love.
8 And he will say, Surely they my people, sons that will not lie: and he will be to them for Saviour.
8 For He said, “Surely, they are (R)My people,Sons who will not deal falsely.”So He became their (S)Savior.
8 For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Saviour.
8 He said, “They are indeed My people,children who will not be disloyal,”and He became their Savior.
8 For he said, "Surely they are my people, children who won't act falsely." And so he became their savior.
9 In all their straits not an adversary, and: a messenger of his face saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he will take them up and bear them all the days forever.
9 In all their affliction (f)(T)He was afflicted,And the (U)angel of His presence saved them;In His (V)love and in His mercy He (W)redeemed them,And He (X)lifted them and carried them all the days of old.

10 They embittered and grieved his holy spirit; and he will turn to them for an enemy; he fought against them.

11 And he will remember the days of old, Moses his people; Where he bringing them up from the sea with the shepherd of his sheep? where he putting his holy spirit in the midst of him?

11 Then he remembered the days of old, Moses, and his people, saying, Where is he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherd of his flock? where is he that put his holy Spirit within him?

11 Then they remembered the days of old, of Moses his servant. Where is the one who brought up out of the sea the shepherds of his flock? Where is the one who put his Holy Spirit among them,
12 Leading by the right hand of Moses, the arm of his glory dividing the waters from before them to make to him an eternal name.
12 Who caused His (AD)glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moses,Who (AE)divided the waters before them to make for Himself an everlasting name,
12 That led them by the right hand of Moses with his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to make himself an everlasting name?
12 He sent His glorious armto be at Moses’ right hand,divided the waters before them(K)to obtain eternal fame for Himself,
12 and who made his glorious arm march at Moses' right hand, who divided the waters in front of them to win an everlasting name,
13 Leading them through the depths as a horse in the desert, they shall not be weak
13 That led them through the deep, as an horse in the wilderness, that they should not stumble?

15 Look from the heavens, and see from thy holy dwelling and thy glory: where thy zeal and thy strength? the multitude of thy bowels and thy compassions to me restrained themselves.

17 Wherefore, O Jehovah, wilt thou cause us to wander from thy ways, wilt thou harden our heart from thy fear? turn back for sake of thy servants, the tribes of thine inheritance.
17 Why, O Lord, do You (AP)cause us to stray from Your waysAnd (AQ)harden our heart from fearing You?(AR)Return for the sake of Your servants, the tribes of Your heritage.
