² And he heard not, he and his servents, and the people of the land, to the words of Jehovah which he spake by the hand of Jeremiah the prophet. ³ And king Zedekiah will send Jehucal son of Shelemiah and Zephaniah, son of Maaseiah the priest, to Jeremiah the prophet, saying, Pray now for us to Jehovah our God. ⁴ And Jeremiah came and went forth in the midst of the people and they gave him not to the house of the prison.

Jeremiah 21:1-2

The word which was to Jeremiah from Jehovah in king Zedekiah's sending to him Pashur son of Melchiah, and Zephaniah son Maaseiah the priest, saying,
