Jesus Calls Philip And Nathanael

⁴⁸ Nathanael asked: How do you know me? Jesus answered: I saw you under the fig tree before Philip called you. ⁴⁹ Nathanael answered Him, “Rabbi, You are the Son of God; You are the King of Israel.” ⁵⁰ Jesus responded: I told you I saw you under the fig tree. Is this why you believe? You will see greater things than these.
