The Parable Of The Weeds Interpreted

³⁸ The field is the world. The good seed is the people of the kingdom. The weeds are the wicked. ³⁹  The enemy who sowed them is the devil. The harvest is the close of the age, and the reapers are angels. ⁴⁰ So just as the weeds are gathered up and burned, this is what will happen at the close of the age;

Matthew 24:3
