'Of the World' in the Bible

Again the devil took him to a very high mountain, and he showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor,

You are the light of the world! A city that is built upon a hill cannot be hidden.

Then the king will say to those at his right, 'Come, you whom my Father has blessed, take possession of the kingdom which has been destined for you from the creation of the world.

and then he will send out the angels and gather his chosen people from the four winds, from one end of the world to the other.
