The Temptation Of Jesus

¹⁰ Then said Jesus to him, get thee hence Satan: for it it written, "Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve ." ¹¹ whereupon the devil left him, and immediately angels came and ministred unto him. ¹² After this, Jesus having heard that John was confined in prison, retired into Galilee.
