¹⁵ A light is not placed under a cover. To the contrary, it is placed on a table so all may see. ¹⁶ Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. ¹⁷ Do not think I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I came, not to destroy, but to fulfill (perfect) (execute) (accomplish).

1 Peter 2:12
