Thanksgiving For God's Deliverance

1 I Loved, for Jehovah will hear the voice of my supplication.

1 (A)I love the Lord, because He (B)hearsMy voice and my supplications.

1 I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications.

1 I love the Lord because He has heardmy appeal for mercy.(A)

1 I love the LORD because he has heard my prayer for mercy;

2 For he inclined his ear to me, and in my days I will call.

2 Because He has (C)inclined His ear to me,Therefore I shall call upon Him as long as I live.

2 Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.

2 Because He has turned His ear to me,I will call out to Him as long as I live.(B)

2 for he listens to me whenever I call.

3 The pains of death surrounded me, and the distresses of hades found me: shall find straits and affliction.

3 The (D)cords of death encompassed meAnd the (a)terrors of (b)Sheol (c)came upon me;I found distress and sorrow.

3 The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.

3 The ropes of death were wrapped around me,and the torments of Sheol overcame me;I encountered trouble and sorrow.(C)

3 The ropes of death were wound around me and the anguish of Sheol came upon me; I encountered distress and sorrow.

4 And upon the name of Jehovah will I call; now, O Jehovah, deliver my soul.

4 Then (E)I called upon the name of the Lord:“O Lord, I beseech You, (d)(F)save my life!”

4 Then called I upon the name of the LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.

4 Then I called on the name of Yahweh:“Yahweh, save me!”(D)

4 Then I called on the name of the LORD, "LORD, please deliver me!"

5 Jehovah is merciful and just, and our God compassionates

5 (G)Gracious is the Lord, and (H)righteous;Yes, our God is (I)compassionate.

6 Jehovah watching the simple: I was brought low, and he will save for me.

6 The Lord preserves (J)the simple;I was (K)brought low, and He saved me.

6 The Lord guards the inexperienced;I was helpless, and He saved me.(F)

6 the LORD watches over the innocent; I was brought low, and he delivered me.

7 Turn back, O my soul, to thy rest; for Jehovah benefited to thee.

7 Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the LORD hath dealt bountifully with thee.

7 Return to your rest, my soul,for the Lord has been good to you.(G)

8 For thou deliveredst my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, my feet from a fall.

8 For You have (N)rescued my soul from death,My eyes from tears,My feet from stumbling.

9 I will go about before Jehovah in the lands of the living.

9 I shall walk before the LordIn the (e)(O)land of the living.

9 I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.

9 I will walk in the LORD's presence in the lands of the living.

10 I believed, for I will speak: I was greatly humbled.

10 I (P)believed when I said,“I am (Q)greatly afflicted.”

10 I believed, therefore have I spoken: I was greatly afflicted:

10 I believed, even when I said,“I am severely afflicted.”(J)

10 I will continue to believe, even when I say, "I am greatly afflicted"

11 I said in my alarm, Every man a lie.

11 I (R)said in my alarm,(S)All men are liars.”

11 I said in my haste, All men are liars.

11 In my alarm I said,“Everyone is a liar.”(K)

11 and speak hastily, "All people are liars!"

12 What shall I turn back to Jehovah for all his benefits to me?

12 What shall I (T)render to the LordFor all His (U)benefits (f)toward me?

12 What shall I render unto the LORD for all his benefits toward me?

12 How can I repay the Lordfor all the good He has done for me?(L)

12 What will I return to the LORD for all his benefits to me?

13 I will lift up the cup of salvation, and upon the name of Jehovah will I call.

13 I shall lift up the (V)cup of salvationAnd (W)call upon the name of the Lord.

13 I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.

13 I will take the cup of salvationand call on the name of Yahweh.(M)

13 I will raise my cup of deliverance and invoke the LORD's name.

14 I will repay my vows to Jehovah before now to all his people.

14 I shall (X)pay my vows to the Lord,Oh may it be (Y)in the presence of all His people.

14 I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.

14 I will fulfill my vows to the Lordin the presence of all His people.(N)

15 Precious in the eyes of Jehovah the death to his godly ones.

15 (Z)Precious in the sight of the LordIs the death of His godly ones.

15 Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

15 The death of His faithful onesis valuable in the Lord’s sight.(O)

15 In the sight of the LORD, the death of his faithful ones is valued.

16 Now, O Jehovah, for I am thy servant; I thy servant, the son of thy maid-servant: thou didst loose to my bonds.

16 O LORD, truly I am thy servant; I am thy servant, and the son of thine handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.

17 To thee will I sacrifice a sacrifice of praise, and I will call upon the name of Jehovah.

17 To You I shall offer (AD)a sacrifice of thanksgiving,And (AE)call upon the name of the Lord.

17 I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD.

17 I will offer You a sacrifice of thanksgivingand call on the name of Yahweh.(Q)

17 I will bring you a thanksgiving offering and call on the name of the LORD!

18 My vows to Jehovah I will repay before now to all his people,

18 I shall (AF)pay my vows to the Lord,Oh may it be in the presence of all His people,

19 In the enclosures to the house of Jehovah, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye Jah.
