                                    1 {To the chief Musician, A Psalm and Song of David.} Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.                                

                                    1 For the choir director. A Psalm of David. A Song.There will be silence (a)before You, and praise in Zion, O God,And to You the (A)vow will be performed.                                

                                    1 For the choir director. A Davidic psalm. A song.Praise is rightfully Yours,(a)God, in Zion;vows to You will be fulfilled.(A)                                

                                    1 In Zion, God, praise silently awaits you, and vows will be paid to you.                                

                                    1 To You belongs silence [the submissive wonder of reverence], and [it bursts into] praise in Zion, O God;And to You the vow shall be performed.

                                    4 How blessed is the one you choose, the one you cause to live in your courts. We will be satisfied with the goodness of your house, yes, even with the holiness of your Temple.                                

                                    4 Blessed is the one whom You choose and bring nearTo dwell in Your courts.We will be filled with the goodness of Your house,Your holy temple.

                                    5 By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:

                                    8 They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.                                

                                    8 They who dwell in the (P)ends of the earth stand in awe of Your signs;You make the (f)dawn and the sunset shout for joy.                                

                                    8 Those who live far away are awed by Your signs;You make east and west shout for joy.(H)                                

                                    8 Those living at the furthest ends of the earth are seized by fear because of your miraculous deeds. You make the going forth of the morning and the evening shout for joy.                                

                                    8 So they who dwell at the ends of the earth stand in awe of Your signs [the evidence of Your presence].(A)You make the dawn and the sunset shout for joy.

                                    9 Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.

                                    9 You take care of the earth, you water it, and you enrich it greatly with the river of God that overflows with water. You provide grain for them, for you have ordained it this way.                                

                                    9 You visit the earth and make it overflow [with water];You greatly enrich it;The stream of God is full of water;You provide their grain, when You have prepared the earth.
