'Be Put to Death' in the Bible

So Abimelech commanded all the people, "Whoever touches this man or his wife will surely be put to death."

Whoever has taken your gods will be put to death! In the presence of our relatives identify whatever is yours and take it." (Now Jacob did not know that Rachel had stolen them.)

Now I have not been invited to come to the king for some thirty days!"

So these officials said to the king, "This man must be put to death. For he is demoralizing the soldiers who are left in the city as well as all the other people there by these things he is saying. This man is not seeking to help these people but is trying to harm them."
