Today has enough trouble of its own.
And you will be secure, because there is hope; you will be protected and will take your rest in safety. You will lie down with no one to make you afraid, and many will seek your favor.
I constantly trust in the Lord; because he is at my right hand, I will not be upended.
Do not be anxious about anything. Instead, in every situation, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, tell your requests to God. And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Pursue peace with everyone, and holiness, for without it no one will see the Lord.

and as they sailed he fell asleep. Now a violent windstorm came down on the lake, and the boat started filling up with water, and they were in danger. They came and woke him, saying, "Master, Master, we are about to die!" So he got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waves; they died down, and it was calm.
So then, don't worry saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear?'
So do not be overly concerned about what you will eat and what you will drink, and do not worry about such things.
