'Man of Understanding' in the Bible

And Jehonathan, David's uncle, counseling a man of understanding, and he a scribe: and Jehiel son of Hachmoni with the sons of the king:

And they will bring to us according to the good hand of our God upon us a man of understanding from the sons of Mahli, son of Levi, son of Israel; and Sherebiah, and his sons and his brethren, eighteen.

As laughter to the foolish one, to do mischief: and wisdom is to the man of understanding.

He wanting heart despised for his neighbor: and a man of understanding will be silent.

Folly is joy to him wanting heart: and the man of understanding will make straight to go.

He withholding his words will shew knowledge: I man of understanding is a cool spirit

Deep waters are counsel in the heart of man; and a man of understanding will draw it out
