'Stretched Forth His Hand' in the Bible

And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and stretched forth his hands unto the LORD: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth.

And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days:

And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to its place when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
