For day by day there came men to David to help him, until it was a great camp, like the camp of God.

They hired 32,000 chariots and the king of Maacah with his army, who came and camped near Medeba. The Ammonites also came together from their cities for the battle.

until then they [were] gatekeepers at the gate of the king on the east [side] toward the camps of the Levites.

And David did as God commanded him, and they struck the camp of the Philistines from Gibeon to Gezer.

Three of the thirty leaders went down to David at the rocky cliff at the cave of Adullam, while a Philistine force was camped in the Valley of Rephaim.

And these are their dwelling-places throughout their camps, within their borders, of the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites, for the lot was theirs.
