Out of his settled place of abode, hath he fixed his gaze on all the inhabitants of the earth:

That he looked down, out of his holy height, Yahweh, from the heavens unto the earth, directed his gaze; -

Yahweh, is on my side, with them who help me, I, therefore shall gaze upon them who hate me.
