And I not only established my covenant with them to give to them the land of Canaan, the land of their sojournings, in which they dwelt as aliens,

And the sons of Simeon: Jemuel and Jamin and Ohad and Jachin and Zohar and Shaul, the son of a woman of Canaan: these are the families of Simeon.

Now the time that the sons of Israel dwelt in {the land of Egypt and the land of Canaan (LXX)} was four hundred and thirty years.

And the {Israelites} ate the manna forty years, until their coming to an inhabited land; they ate the manna until their coming to the border of the land of Canaan.
