One shall say, I am the LORD's; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall write on his hand, The LORD's, and surname himself by the name of Israel.

For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cling to the house of Jacob.

Therefore thus says the LORD, who redeemed Abraham, concerning the house of Jacob, Jacob shall not now be ashamed, neither shall his face now grow pale.

For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel my elect, I have even called you by your name: I have named you, though you have not known me.

And many people shall go and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

O house of Jacob, come and let us walk in the light of the LORD.

Therefore you have forsaken your people, the house of Jacob, because they are filled with customs from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they make bargains with the children of aliens.

And I will wait upon the LORD, that hides his face from the house of Jacob, and I will hope in him.

The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it has fallen upon Israel.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that the remnant of Israel, and such as are escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again lean upon him that struck them; but shall lean upon the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth.

The remnant shall return, even the remnant of Jacob, unto the mighty God.

And in that day it shall come to pass, that the glory of Jacob shall fade, and the fatness of his flesh shall grow lean.

He shall cause them that come from Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit.

By this therefore shall the iniquity of Jacob be purged; and this is all the fruit of taking away his sin; when he makes all the stones of the altar like chalkstones that are beaten to dust, the idol poles and incense altars shall not remain standing.

But when he sees his children, the work of my hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.
