In the twenty-fifth year of our exile, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth day of the month in the fourteenth year after Jerusalem had been captured, on that very day the Lord’s hand was on me, and He brought me there.

On the first day of the first month of the twenty-seventh year of our captivity, a message came to me from the LORD, who had this to say:

And the shekel shall be twenty gerahs. Twenty shekels, twenty-five shekels, fifteen shekels, shall be your maneh.

the Levites boundary answering to the boundary of the priests, five and twenty thousand in length and in breadth, ten thousand, - all the length five and twenty thousand, and the breadth twenty thousand.

And he measured the length of it, twenty cubits, and the breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple. And he said to me, This is the most holy place.

And twenty-five thousand in length, and ten thousand in breadth, shall be to the Levites, the ministers of the house, for a possession to themselves, [for] twenty chambers.

Which separated holy portion shall belong unto these: namely to the priests, toward the north twenty five thousand and toward the west ten thousand broad, toward the east ten thousand broad also, and toward south twenty five thousand long, wherein the Sanctuary of the LORD shall stand.

All that is separated of the twenty five thousand long and twenty five thousand broad on the four parts, that shall ye put aside for the separated portion of the Sanctuary, and for the possession of the city.

The residue upon both the sides of the Sanctuary and possession of the city, shall belong to the prince, before the place of the twenty five thousand unto the east end, and before the place of the twenty five thousand westward, unto the borders of the city: this shall be the prince's portion. This shall be the holy place, and the house of the Sanctuary shall stand in the midst.

And when ye shall by lot divide the land as an inheritance, ye shall offer up as a heave-offering to Yahweh a holy portion out of the land, in length, five and twenty thousand long, and in breadth, twenty thousand, - holy shall it be throughout all the territory thereof round about.
