telling the sixth angel with the trumpet, "Let loose the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates."

Then from his mouth the serpent poured water after the woman like a river, to sweep her away with a flood;

but the earth came to the rescue of the woman, the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the river that the dragon had poured out of his mouth.

The sixth poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its waters were dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east.

Then he showed me the river of the water of Life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb

through the streets of the City; on both sides of the river grew the tree of Life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, each month having its own fruit; and the leaves served to heal the nations.
