so when they had rowed about five and twenty, or thirty furlongs, seeing Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing nigh to the ship, they were frightned.

now a certain man was there, who had been sick eight and thirty years.

Jesus was then about thirty years of age, being, as was suppos'd, the son of Joseph,

accordingly he that had received five talents, came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, you delivered to me five talents: besides those, there's five talents more, which I have gain'd.
