and whoever shall compel you to go one mile, go two miles with him.

Two women shall be grinding at the mill; one is taken and the other left.

I tell you that you shall not go out thence till you have paid even the last lepton [2 mill].

I have fed you milk, not solid food; for you were not yet able; but you are not able even now;

Who ever goes on a military expedition at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard and eats not the fruit of it? or who feeds a flock and eats not of the milk of the flock?

For you who ought on account of the time to be teachers, have need that one should teach you again what are the first rudiments of the oracles of God, and have need of milk and not solid food.

For every one that partakes of milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe;

as new born babes desire earnestly the pure milk of the word, that you may grow by it to salvation,

And the voice of harpers and singers and of those that play on flutes and trumpets shall be heard in you no more. And no artisan of any art shall be found in you any more, and the sound of a mill shall be heard in you no more,
