Therefore receive him in the Lord with all gladness, and hold such in honor,
And, brothers, we beseech you to know those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord, and who admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. Be at peace among yourselves.
Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in Word and doctrine.

But if Timothy comes, see that he is with you without fear, for he works the work of the Lord, even as I do. Therefore let not any despise him, but set him forward in peace, so that he may come to me; for I am waiting for him with the brothers.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Yet you did well in sharing my troubles. Now you Philippians know also that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as regards giving and receiving, except you alone. For even in Thessalonica you sent once and again to my necessity. I do not say this because I desire a gift, but I desire fruit that may abound to your account. But I have all, and abound. I have been filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things which you sent, an odor of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable and well-pleasing to God.
