Asa and the people swore their oath to Jehovah with shouts, singing, and the blowing of trumpets and rams' horns. All the people of Judah were overjoyed because of the oath. When you vow to Jehovah your God do not delay the payback. It would be sin, and Jehovah your God will surely require it of you. It would not be sin if you refrain from vowing.
