Afflicted saints » Should praise God
But I trust in your loving kindness. My heart rejoices in your salvation.
You number my wanderings. You put my tears into your bottle. Aren't they in your book? Then my enemies shall turn back in the day that I call. I know this, that God is for me. In God, I will praise his word. In Yahweh, I will praise his word.
They have prepared a net for my steps. My soul is bowed down. They dig a pit before me. They fall into its midst themselves. Selah.
You, who have shown us many and bitter troubles, you will let me live. You will bring us up again from the depths of the earth. Increase my honor, and comfort me again. Behold, he will kill me. I have no hope. Nevertheless, I will maintain my ways before him.

For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
You, who have shown us many and bitter troubles, you will let me live. You will bring us up again from the depths of the earth.
For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with God's trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first,
I will ransom them from the power of Sheol. I will redeem them from death! Death, where are your plagues? Sheol, where is your destruction? "Compassion will be hidden from my eyes.
having hope toward God, which these also themselves look for, that there will be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.

"Man, who is born of a woman, is of few days, and full of trouble.
For all his days are sorrows, and his travail is grief; yes, even in the night his heart takes no rest. This also is vanity.
but man is born to trouble, as the sparks fly upward.
The cords of death surrounded me, the pains of Sheol got a hold of me. I found trouble and sorrow.
We looked for peace, but no good came; [and] for a time of healing, and behold, dismay!

I command you before God, who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate testified the good confession,
As it is written, "I have made you a father of many nations." This is in the presence of him whom he believed: God, who gives life to the dead, and calls the things that are not, as though they were.
You were made alive when you were dead in transgressions and sins,
