I will bring the third part into the fire. I will refine them, as silver is refined, and I will test them as gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will hear them. I will say: 'It is my people!' They will say: 'Jehovah is my God!' Verse Concepts

Son of man, the house of Israel has become dross to me. All of them are the copper, tin, iron and lead in the furnace. They are the dross of silver. The bellows blow fiercely and the fire consumes the lead. The refining goes on in vain, but the wicked are not separated. They call them rejected silver, for Jehovah has rejected them.
