I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

To one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey.

So it is with you; since you are eager for spiritual gifts, strive to excel in building up the church.

Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, let us use it in our serving; he who teaches, in his teaching; he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.

And when the Sabbath had come, he began to teach in the synagogue. And many who heard him were astonished, saying, "Where did this man get these things? And what wisdom is this which is given to him, that such mighty works are performed by his hands! Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary and brother of James and Joses and Judas and Simon? Are not his sisters here with us?" And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country, among his own relatives, and in his own house."read more.
Now he could do no mighty work there, except that he laid his hands on a few sick people and healed them. And he marveled because of their unbelief. Then he went around the villages teaching.
