When thou art in trouble and all these things are come upon thee, if in the latter days thou shalt turn to the LORD thy God and shalt hear his voice (for the LORD thy God is a merciful God), he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he swore unto them.
And he shall turn many of the sons of Israel to the Lord their God. And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the rebellious to the prudence of the just, to make ready a prepared people for the Lord.
and shalt convert unto the LORD thy God and shalt hear his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart and with all thy soul, then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity and have mercy upon thee and will return and gather thee from all the peoples where the LORD thy God has scattered thee.
but I have prayed for thee that thy faith fail not; and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
Brethren, if any of you have erred from the truth, and someone should convert him; let that one know, that whosoever causes the sinner to convert from the error of his way shall save a soul from death and shall cover a multitude of sins.
and saying, Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like passions with you and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all the things that are therein,

And thou shalt swear, The LORD lives, in truth, in judgment, and in righteous ness; and the Gentiles shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.
For they themselves tell of us what an entrance we had unto you and in what manner ye were converted to God from idols to serve the living and true God and to wait for his Son from the heavens, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, who delivered us from the wrath to come.
Yet the LORD testified against Israel and against Judah, by all the prophets and by all the seers, saying, Turn from your evil ways and keep my commandments and my statutes, according to all the law which I commanded your fathers and which I sent to you by the hand of my slaves the prophets. Notwithstanding, they would not hear, but hardened their necks, like to the neck of their fathers, who had never believed in the LORD their God.
Seek the LORD while he may be found; call upon him while he is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

but I announced first unto those of Damascus and at Jerusalem and throughout all the coasts of Judaea and then to the Gentiles that they should repent and turn to God, doing works worthy of repentance.
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things are made new.
And be not conformed to this age, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your soul that ye may experience what is that good and well pleasing and perfect will of God.
Therefore we all, beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord with uncovered face, are transformed from glory to glory into the same likeness, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
But in no wise should I glory, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision avails any thing nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
Know ye not that all of us that are baptized into Jesus the Christ are baptized into his death? For we are buried with him by baptism into death, that just as the Christ was raised up from the dead to the glory of the Father, likewise we also walk in newness of life.
buried together with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him from the dead.
If ye then are risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where the Christ sits at the right hand of God. Set your sight on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead and your life is hid with the Christ in God.
and said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of the heavens. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of the heavens.
But the fruit of the Spirit is this: Charity, joy, peace, tolerance, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. For those that are of the Christ have crucified the flesh with its affections and lusts.
I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation with which ye are called,
For in another time ye were darkness, but now ye are light in the Lord: walk as children of light; (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth), approving what is well pleasing unto the Lord.read more.
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from the carnal desires which war against the soul and have your honest conversation among the Gentiles, so that, in that which they murmur about you as of evildoers, having witnessed your good works, they may glorify God in the day of visitation.
therefore, thou art no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
For ye are all sons of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Here there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.read more.
And if ye are Christ's, then ye are Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise.
Behold, what charity the Father has given us, that we should be called the sons of God; therefore the world does not know us, because it does not know him.
But ye are the chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, an acquired people, that ye should show forth the virtues of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvellous light. Ye who in the time past were not a people, but are now the people of God, who in the time past had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
But even unto this day when Moses is read, the veil is upon their heart. Nevertheless when they convert to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away.)

that at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world, but now in Christ Jesus ye who at another time were far off are made near by the blood of the Christ.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness neither shadow of turning. He, of his own will, has begotten us with the word of truth, that we should be the firstfruits of his creatures.
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a person be born again from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus said unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Unless a man is born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.read more.
