And many of the sons of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God. And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient, by the wisdom of the just, in order to make ready for the Lord a prepared people.

But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith fail not. And when you have turned to me again, strengthen your brethren.

Brethren, if any among you should err from the truth, and one should turn him back, let him know that he who turns back a sinner from the error of his way, will save a soul from death, and cover a multitude of sins.

So, then, if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Know you not that as many of us as were immersed into Christ Jesus, were immersed into his death? Therefore, we are buried with him, by immersion, into death, that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so also we should walk in a new life.

when you were buried with him in immersion, in which you were also raised with him by your faith in the energy of God, who raised him from the dead.

If, then, you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where the Christ sits at the right hand of God; mind the things that are above, not the things that are on the earth: for you are dead, and your life is hid with the Christ in God.

I therefore, the prisoner in the Lord, exhort you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called;

For you were formerly darkness; but now you are light in the Lord: walk as children of light; (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) learning what is acceptable to the Lord;read more.
and do not participate in the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them;

Beloved, I beseech you, as strangers and sojourners, that you keep yourselves from fleshly desires, which war against the soul, maintaining an honorable mode of life am one the Gentiles, that, inasmuch as they speak against you as evil-doers, they may, on account of your good works which they witness, glorify God in the day of visitation.

So, then, you are no longer a servant, but a son; and if a son, an heir also of God, through Christ.

And if you are Christ s, then you are Abraham's posterity, and heirs according to the promise.

Behold, how great love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called the children of God! For this reason, the world knows us not, because it knew him not.
