But when the people were put forth, he went in and took her by the hand; and the maid arose.

And taking the damsel by the hand he said to her, Talitha cumi, which is, being interpreted, Damsel, (I say to thee) arise.

And he put them all out, and taking her by the hand, called, saying, Maid, arise.

And having cried and rent him sore, he came out; and he was as dead, so that many said, He is dead. But Jesus taking him by the hand, lifted him up, and he arose.
