And if he will not hear them, tell it to the church; but if he will not hear the church, let him be to thee as an heathen and a publican.

But not altogether with the lewd persons of this world, or the covetous, or the rapacious, or idolaters, for then ye must go out of the world. But I have now written unto you, if any who is named a brother, be a lewd person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or rapacious, not to converse with such an one, no, not to eat with him.

And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.
