19 Bible Verses about Entering Life

"Strive to enter in by the narrow door, for many, I tell you, will seek to enter in, and will not be able.

"Enter in by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter in by it. How narrow is the gate, and difficult is the way that leads to life. Few are those who find it.

I am the door. If anyone enters in by me, he will be saved, and will go in and go out, and will find pasture.

Blessed are they who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter in by the gates into the city.

If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off.[note: idiom meaning to stop doing a sin] It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having your two hands to go into hell, into the unquenchable fire,
