For this cause we do not faint; but though our outward man perishes, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.
Now we exhort you, brothers, warn those who are unruly, comfort the faint-hearted, support the weak, be patient toward all.
My flesh and my heart fail; but God is the strength of my heart, and my part forever.
But we should not lose heart in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not faint.

And say to him, Be careful and be quiet. Do not fear, nor be timid of heart because of the two tails of these smoking firebrands, because of the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria, and of the son of Remaliah;
One thousand shall flee at the rebuke of one; at the rebuke of five you shall flee, until you are left as a pole on the top of a mountain, and as a sign on a hill.
