Now in these days, the disciples multiplying, there arose a murmuring of the Hellenists against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration.

For there is no respect of persons with God.

Then Peter opening his mouth, said, I perceive of a truth that God is not a respecter of persons: But in every nation, he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted by him.

But glory, honour, and peace shall be to every one who worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile.

Knowing that whatsoever good each man doth, the same shall he receive from the Lord, whether he be a servant or free. And ye masters, do the same things to them, forbearing threatning, knowing that your master is in heaven, and there is no respect of persons with him.
