The LORD made everything answerable to him, including the wicked at the time of trouble.
You rebuked the nations, you destroyed the wicked, you wiped out their name forever and ever.
"So when I say to a wicked person, "You're about to die,' if you don't warn or instruct that wicked person that his behavior is wicked so he can live, that wicked person will die in his sin, but I'll hold you responsible for his death.

After all, to the person who is good in God's sight, he gives wisdom, knowledge, and joy, but to the sinner he gives the troublesome task of acquiring and accumulating in order to leave it to someone who is good in the sight of God. This also is pointless and chasing after the wind.
Therefore the wicked will not escape judgment, nor will sinners have a place in the assembly of the righteous.
