And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and wonderful are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, O King of the nations?

But Jesus calling them to him said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles lord it over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. It shall not be so among you; but whosoever desireth to be great among you, let him be your minister; And whosoever desireth to be chief among you, let him be your servant: Even as the Son of man came not to be served,

But be not ye called Rabbi; for one is your teacher, and all ye are brethren. And call no man your father on earth; for one is your Father, who is in heaven. Neither be ye called Masters; for one is your Master, even Christ. read more.
But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.

But Jesus calling them, saith to them, Ye know that they who rule over the Gentiles, lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority upon them. But it shall not be so among you; but whosoever desireth to be great among you, shall be your servant. And whosoever desireth to be the chief, shall be the servant of all.

And truly the Son of man goeth as it was determined; but wo to that man, by whom the Son of man is betrayed. And they inquired among themselves, Which of them it was, that would do this? There was also a contention among them, Which of them was greatest. read more.
And he said to them, The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them, and they that exercise authority upon them have the title of benefactors. But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger, and he that is chief as he that serveth. For which is greater, he that sitteth at table, or he that serveth? Is not he that sitteth at table? But I am in the midst of you as he that serveth.

And there arose a reasoning among them, which of them was the greatest? And Jesus seeing the thought of their heart, took a little child, and sat him by him, And said to them, whosoever shall receive this child in my name, receiveth me; and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.
