Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, power and glory, victory and praise: for all that is in heaven and in earth is thine, and thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art lifted up a head above all. And riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all, and in thine hand is power and strength, and in thine hand it is to make great and to give strength unto all.

The heaven rejoice and the earth be glad, and let men tell among the nations that the LORD is a king.

But the LORD shall endure forever; he hath also prepared his seat for judgment. For he shall judge the world in righteousness, and minister true judgment unto the people.

Thy seat, O God, endureth forever: the scepter of thy kingdom is a right scepter.

The LORD hath prepared his seat in heaven, and his kingdom ruleth over all.

"O LORD of Hosts, thou God of Israel, which dwellest upon Cherubim; Thou art the God, that only is God of all the kingdoms of the world, for thou only hast created heaven and earth.

The LORD sitteth above the water-flood, and the LORD remaineth a King forever.

O Sing praises, sing praises unto our God: O sing praises, sing praises unto our King. For God is the King of all the earth; sing ye praises unto him with understanding.

And for all that, when you saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, ye said unto me, 'Not so, a king shall reign over us' - when yet the LORD your God was your king.

For the LORD is high, and to be feared; he is the great King upon all the earth.

For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.

which appearing, when the time is come, he shall show that is blessed and mighty only, King of Kings, and Lord of lords,

and they sang the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the lamb, saying,

Tell it out among the Heathen, that the LORD is king: and that it is he who hath made the round world so fast, that it can not be moved, and how that he shall judge the people righteously. God reigneth over the Heathen; God sitteth upon his holy seat.

The LORD is king, and hath put on glorious apparel; the LORD hath put on his apparel, and girded himself with strength: he hath made the round world so sure, that it cannot be moved.

The LORD is king. The earth may be glad thereof; yea, the multitude of the isles may be glad thereof.

The LORD is king, be the people never so inpatient; he sitteth upon the cherubims, be the earth never so unquiet.

After that John was taken, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, "The time is full come, and the kingdom of God is even at hand. Repent, and believe the gospel."

They show the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power, that thy power, thy glory and mightiness of thy kingdom, might be known unto men. Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom; and thy dominion endureth throughout all ages.

From the time of John Baptist, hitherto, the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence,

And he said unto them, "I must to other cities also preach the word of God, for therefore am I sent."

But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt, the kingdom of God is come upon you.

The law, and the prophets reigned until the time of John: and since that time, the kingdom of God is preached, and every man striveth to go in.

Then cometh the end, when he hath delivered up the kingdom to God the father, when he hath put down all rule, authority, and power.

And the seventh angel blew, and there were made great voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdoms of this world are our Lord's and his Christ's, and he shall reign for evermore."

Nathanael answered and said unto him, "Rabbi, thou art the son of God; Thou art the King of Israel."

"Tell ye the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass used to the yoke."

Rejoice thou greatly, O daughter Zion; be glad, O daughter Jerusalem. For lo, thy King cometh unto thee, even the righteous and Saviour: Lowly and simple is he, he rideth upon an ass, and upon the foal of an ass.

And Pilate asked him, "Art thou the King of the Jews?" And he answered, and said unto him, "Thou sayest it."

Jesus stood before the deputy, and the deputy asked him, saying, "Art thou the King of the Jews?" Jesus said unto him, "Thou sayest."

And Pilate opposed him, saying, "Art thou the King of the Jews?" He answered him, and said, "Thou sayest it."

Jesus answered, "My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world then would my ministers surely fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews, but now is my kingdom not from hence." Pilate said unto him, "Art thou a King then?" Jesus answered, "Thou sayest that I am a King. For this cause was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. And all that are of the truth hear my voice."

But unto the son he saith, "God, thy seat shall be forever, and ever. The sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.

These shall fight with the lamb, and the lamb shall overcome them: For he is Lord of Lords, and King of Kings: and they that are on his side, are called, and chosen, and faithful."

And hath on his vesture and on his thigh, a name written, "King of Kings, and Lord of lords."

He shall be great, and shall be called the son of the highest. And the Lord God shall give unto him the seat of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom shall be none end."

Howbeit David, after he had in his time fulfilled the will of God, he slept, and was laid with his fathers, and saw corruption. But he whom God raised again, saw no corruption.

This is the book of the generations of Jesus Christ: the son of David, the son also of Abraham.

And Jesus answered, and said, teaching in the temple, "How say the scribes, that Christ is the son of David? For David himself, inspired with the holy ghost, said, 'The Lord said to my Lord, sit on my right hand till I make thine enemies thy foot stool.' Then David himself calleth him Lord, and by what means is he then his son?" And much people heard him gladly.

While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, saying, "What think ye of Christ? Whose son is he?" They said unto him, "The son of David." He said unto them, "How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying,read more.

And hath raised up a horn of salvation unto us, in the house of his servant David.

"Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David: For he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre remaineth with us unto his day. This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. Since now that he by the righthand of God exalted is, and hath received of the father the promise of the holy ghost, he hath shed forth that which ye now see and hear.
