Destitute of understanding, unsteady, devoid of natural affection, implacable, merciless: Who knowing the justice of God, that they doing such things are worthy of death, not only do them, but also approve those doing.
And he will say to man, Behold, the fear of Jehovah, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.

Turn away from evil, and do good; seek peace and pursue it
The beginning of wisdom is the fear of Jehovah: a good understanding to all doing them: his praise stands forever.
What then shall we say? The law sin? It may not be. But I knew not sin except by the law: for I knew not lust, if the law said not, Thou shalt not eagerly desire.
