Moreover your little ones, who you said should be a prey, and your children, who in that day had no knowledge between good and evil, they shall go in there, and unto them will I give it, and they shall possess it.

Curds and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good. For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land that you dread shall be forsaken by both her kings.

And should not I spare Nineveh, that great city, in which are more than sixscore thousand persons that cannot discern between their right hand and their left hand; and also many cattle?

For they are a nation void of counsel, neither is there any understanding in them.

And he said also to the people, When you see a cloud rise out of the west, immediately you say, There comes a shower; and so it is. And when you see the south wind blow, you say, There will be heat; and it comes to pass. But whosoever commits adultery with a woman lacks understanding: he that does it destroys his own soul.

And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding,

He that tills his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that follows vain persons is void of understanding.

They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

But they know not the thoughts of the LORD, neither understand they his counsel: for he shall gather them as the sheaves into the floor.
