But I say to you, that whoever looketh on a woman to lust after her, hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

For this cause God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women indulged in unnatural lust, and in like manner the men also, neglecting the natural use of the female, burned with lust for one another, men with men practising that which is shameful, and receiving in themselves the due recompense of their error.

But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, and kept back part of the price, his wife also having knowledge of it; and brought a certain part, and laid it at the feet of the apostles. Lo! the feet of those who have buried thy husband are at the door, and they will carry thee out. And she fell down immediately at his feet, and expired; and the young men, when they came in, found her dead, and carried her out, and buried her by her husband. And great fear came upon all the church, and upon all that heard of these things.

Every man that prayeth or prophesieth having his head covered, dishonoreth his head. Do not sharply rebuke an aged man, but exhort him as a father; the younger men, as brethren; the elder women, as mothers; the younger, as sisters, with all purity.
