As they were going out, behold, a mute and demon-possessed man was brought to him. And when the demon had been cast out, the mute man spoke; and the crowds marveled, saying, "Never was anything like this seen in Israel."

Then they brought to him a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute, and he healed him, so that the mute man both spoke and saw. And all the people were amazed and said, "Could this be the Son of David?"

And behold, you will be silent and not able to speak until the day that these things come to pass, because you did not believe my words, which will be fulfilled in their time."
