Tychicus will tell you all about my affairs. He is a beloved brother, a faithful minister and fellow servant in the Lord. As he was going down, his servants met him and told him that his son was living. But when they believed Philip as he preached good news about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our message?"
