for there will be a peaceful time of sowing, the vine will produce its fruit and the ground its yield, and the skies will rain down dew. Then I will allow the remnant of my people to possess all these things.
You must not plant your vineyard with two kinds of seed; otherwise the entire yield, both of the seed you plant and the produce of the vineyard, will be defiled.
Sow your seed in the morning, and do not stop working until the evening; for you do not know which activity will succeed -- whether this one or that one, or whether both will prosper equally.
So neither the one who plants counts for anything, nor the one who waters, but God who causes the growth.

And what you sow is not the body that is to be, but a bare seed -- perhaps of wheat or something else.
If we sowed spiritual blessings among you, is it too much to reap material things from you?

The field is the world and the good seed are the people of the kingdom. The weeds are the people of the evil one,
"You will take much seed to the field but gather little harvest, because locusts will consume it.

The land produced vegetation -- plants yielding seeds according to their kinds, and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. God saw that it was good.

"Indeed, a time is coming," says the Lord, "when I will cause people and animals to sprout up in the lands of Israel and Judah.
The one who weeps as he walks along, carrying his bag of seed, will certainly come in with a shout of joy, carrying his sheaves of grain.
But God gives it a body just as he planned, and to each of the seeds a body of its own.
